Lower Semicontinuity of the Minimum in Parametric Convex Programs

Abstract

Recently, Best and Ding (Ref. 1) established a result on the lower semicontinuity of the infimum value function of a parametric convex quadratic program. In this paper, we extend this result to general convex programs. The case of semi-infinite convex optimization is included.
