Abstract

Based on the methods of literature review and mathematical statistics, the paper applies system dynamics theory to explore the development of China’s emergency rescue industry. It analyses the emergency rescue industry’s condition and dynamic mechanism, and builds the system dynamics model to simulate the prospect of China’s emergency rescue industry in the next decade. By means of sensitivity analysis of the model, we know that expenditure for science and technology, expenditure of publicity and education, the budget reserve of government are the three key factors to the development of emergency rescue industry, through which certain measures are proposed to strengthen the development of China’s emergency industry.
