Abstract

Aircraft hydraulic system is one of the key flight control subsystems to control aircraft flight attitude and flight trajectory. The reliability and safety of aircraft hydraulic system are the priorities of aircraft reliability design. Redundancy design is highly effective to improve the system’s reliability and safety. This paper studies the redundancy design method of the aircraft hydraulic system based on goal-oriented (GO) methodology, putting forward a GO analysis and design method, and constructing the GO chart of aircraft hydraulic system with multi-component redundancy parameter. Meantime, the system reliability model with redundancy parameter is obtained, and the related theory of high reliability aircraft hydraulic system design is enriched. The results show that the redundancy design and analysis method of aircraft hydraulic system based on GO methodology is effective and novel, which can accurately and quickly obtain the best redundancy design scheme of the system.
