Abstract

Les déterminants socio-économiques et psychosociaux au cours de l'enfance jouent un rôle étiologique important pour le risque ultérieur d'infarctus du myocarde. Nos données sont compatibles avec l'hypothèse que les facteurs de risque du myocarde sont modifiés et/our déclenchés en général par les conditions de vie pendant l'enfance et en particulier par certains événements stressants.
