Der Einfluss arbeitsbedingter Belastungen auf das diagnosenspezifische Arbeitsunfähigkeitsgeschehen

Abstract

Les données concernant l'incapacité professionnelle de 50 000 membres des caisses d'assurance maladie de l'entreprise ont été analysées au but d'identifier des risques professionnels. Les employés travaillaient dans les secteurs de vente en détail et d'usinage des métaux. Premièrement les assurés ont été groupés en 83 types de poste de travail dont les facteurs de risque professionnelle (70 catégories) ont été estimés. Puis les données concernant l'incapacité professionnelle et les données concernant les risques ont été jointes et, en conclusion, les risques relatifs d'incapacité professionnelle ont été calculés. En ce qui concerne toutes les maladies étudiées «la capacité d'agir limitée» s'est avérée être le facteur de risque le plus fortement associé à l'incapacité professionnelle. Par example, un risque relatif de 4.7 pour les incommodités dorsales a été observé pour les employés dont le travail a été caractérisé par «capacité d'agir limitée» mis en regard des employés non-chargés de ce facteur de risques. Au contraire, les risques relatifs au sujet de l'exigence professionnelle élevée étaient bien en-dessous 1. En général, on a observé des associations entre les charges professionnelles physiques (par exemple travail pénible, vibrations) et l'incapacité professionnelle à cause de diverses maladies, mais les associations concernant les facteurs de risque psycho-sociales étaient plus distinctes et plus consistentes.
