Muster des Gesundheitsverhaltens und ihre Determinanten—Ergebnisse des Bern-Münchner Lebensstilpanels

Abstract

Une enquête réalisée auprès des Munichoises et des Munichois âgés entre 55 et 65 ans sur les styles de vie en matière de santé a été comparée avec un ensemble de données parallèle indépendant de Berne. Les huit comportements relatifs à la santé, qui ont été identifiés avec la méthode d'analyse cluster, se sont retrouvés dans l'ensemble des données de Berne. En revanche, les résultats des ensembles de données concernant les multiples régressions logistiques destinées à l'analyse de grandeurs d'influence sur l'exercice de certains comportements manifestaient partiellement de fortes divergences. Des concordances concernant les grandeurs d'influence dans les échantillons se trouvaient dans les caractères qualitatifs socio-démographiques comme le sexe, le prestige professionnel, l'appui social par des amis et pour le caractère qualitatif faire attention aux repas pris régulièrement. D'autres variables montraient ou bien seulement dans un des échantillonnages des effets significatifs ou divergeaient dans la direction de leur effet. Copyright Birkhäuser Verlag 1999
