Analytisch-epidemiologische Studien unter Migranten in Deutschland: Planung und Design

Abstract

Les études épidémiologiques descriptives donnent quelques renseignements sur l'état de santé des migrants et des minorités. Pour éclaircir les rapports étiologiques et pour planifier de façon différenciée les interventions de Santé Publique, il est nécessaire d'avoir recours à des études épidémiologiques analytiques. Toutefois, en Allemagne, ces études ne comprennent que rarement des migrants et des minorités. Cela s'explique par la grande mobilité et la diversité socio-culturelle de ces groupes ainsi que par la difficulté qui consiste à établir une classification selon des critères «éthniques» ou nationaux. Le présent exposé indique comment il est possible de tenir compte de ces problèmes lors de la planification d'études épidémiologiques analytiques sur les migrants et les minorités.
