Gesundheitsförderung im Quartier — Ressourcen und Bedürfnisse von Quartierbevölkerung und Quartierinstitutionen

Abstract

Le but de l'étude était d'évaluer, comment les habitants et les organisations de quartier perçoivent les influences du quartier sur la santé de la population, les besoins d'améliorer la situation et les possibilités d'agir. En 1996, 617 habitants de deux arrondissements de Berne ont été interviewés dans la rue et 95 organisations ont répondu à un questionnaire postal. Pour les personnes interviewées, les ressources et les problèmes de santé les plus importants sont du domaine de l'environnement, des infrastructures et de la vie sociale. D'autres problèmes apparents sont l'insécurité des femmes de plus de 60 ans, le manque d'intégration d'une partie de la population étrangère et les difficultés de vivre ensemble entre générations et nationalités. L'enquête auprès des organisations de quartier montre leur importance pour le soutien social, la qualité des loisirs et la représentation des intérêts du quartier. Il s'avère qu'à l'aide d'une meilleure sensibilisation, valorisation et d'un soutien adéquat, ces organisations, peuvent être motivées à collaborer d'avantage dans la promotion de la santé.
