Hospitalisierung von jungen Frauen nach ausgewählten kardiovaskulären und thromboembolischen Ereignissen in Österreich 1993 und 1994

Abstract

Le but de cette étude est de décrire l'hospitalisation et la distribution régionale des événements cardiovasculaires et thrombo-emboliques (Infarctus cardiaque, attaque cérébrale, thrombose veineuse profonde, embolie pulmonaire) chez les jeunes femmes en Autriche dans les années 1993 et 1994 ainsi que de collecter des données épidémiologiques pour l'étude des effets secondaires des contraceptifs oraux. Le taux d'hospitalisation calculé est basé sur les données de sortie d'hôpitaux en Autriche de 1993 et 1994 fournie par les caisses maladies autrichiennes et en prenant en compte les résultats du recrutement national de 1991, les taux d'hospitalisation standardisés sont calculés pur les laender et les districts. Les personnes concernées sont les femmes âgées des 15 à 44 ans habitant en Autriche. II résulte de l'étude que, en 1993, dans le groupe de population mentionné 51 habitants sur 100000 sont hospitalisés pour toutes les événements, 4/100000 pour un infarctus cardiaque, 5/100000 pour une attaque cérébrale, 17/100000 pour une embolie pulmonaire et 27/100000 pour de thromboses veineuses profondes. En 1994 48 habitants sur 100000 sont hospitalisés, 4/100000 pour un infarctus cardiaque, 5/100000 pour une attaque cérébrale, 16/100000 pour une embolie pulmonaire et 25/100000 pour de thromboses veineuses profondes.
