Die Einschätzung von AIDS-Risiken: Auswirkungen unterschiedlicher Skalenvorgaben und präventiven Wissens

Abstract

Dans une enquête avec 552 personnes les effets de trois différent échelles de valeur étaient examinés. Les objets de jugement étaient les risques d'une infection avec SIDA pour cinq différents groupes cibles (prostituées, drogués, personnel d'hôpital, homosexuels et hémophiles). Les réponses étaient recensées avec un questionnaire en trois versions qui se distinguent par les formats numériques des estimations des risques présèntées. La connaissance sur le SIDA était recensée par 12 questions concernant des risques de la transmission du maladie et des mesures préventives. Les plus grands risques étaient attribués aux prostituées et aux drogués, le contraire s'applique au personnel d'hôpital. Les jugements des risques étaient seulement partiellement déterminés par les trois variations des échelles de valeur. Plutôt, les personnes interrogées développaient un classement de risque pour les cing groupes cibles et le projetaient aux échelles sans référence aux estimations des risques présentés. La connaissance sur le SIDA n'était pas en rapport avec les jugements des risques. Copyright Birkhäuser Verlag 1997
