Berufsbedingte degenerative Diskopathien im Lendenwirbelsäulenbereich

Abstract

Dans une étude cas-temoins orthopédique, les expositions du travail de 160 femmes et 188 hommes avec Osteochondroses, Spondyloses ou Spondylarthroses de la colonne vertébrale (vérifiés par radiographie) ont été comparées avec les expositions de témoins sans incommodités (130 femmes, 109 hommes). Les rapports des cotes (OR) aprés stratification pour l' âge et séparés selon le sexe ont été calculés. Le risque d'être atteint d'un syndrome lombaire est chez les femmes plus éléve dans le cas d'un travail debout (OR 2,2 Cl 1,31–3,85), dans le cas d'une exécution répétitive (OR 1,9 Cl 1,17–3,36) et dans le cas de portage de charges lourdes jusquà 20 kg (OR 2,1 Cl 1,24–3,67). Le risque est grand pour les dactylographes (OR 1,8 Cl 1,16–3,0) et les vendeuses dans le petit commerce (OR 2,1 Cl 1,05–4,56). Chez les hommes dominent les postures forcées comme la position accroupie (OR 2,4 Cl 1,28–4,47) ou penchée (OR 2,2 Cl 1,27–4,08); l'exposition partielle du corps à des vibrations (OR 2,3 Cl 1,12–5,02), l'oscillation entière du corps (OR 2,1 Cl 1,14–4,11) et aussi l'exposition climatique comme humiditélfroid (OR 2,2 Cl 1,30–3,72) produisent un risque. Les ouvriers métallurgiques ont un risque éléve (OR 3,6 Cl 1,88–6,89) ainsi que les conducteurs d'engins avec une activité de plus de 10 ans (OR 6,5 Cl 1,54–27,99). Copyright Birkhäuser Verlag 1997
