La Economia Social y Solidaria y los bienes comunes digitales en tiempos de poscovid-19

Abstract

El objetivo de este trabajo es reflexionar en torno a las alternativas que pueden presentarnos, en el poscovid-19, las tecnologias de la informacion y el conocimiento, desde los principios y las practicas de la Economia Social y Solidaria, a traves de los bienes comunes digitales. Se trata de un estudio exploratorio de bibliografia y trabajos realizados sobre este sector, con la intencion de visibilizar experiencias que tienen una larga historia y que pueden ser un elemento propositivo para los tiempos actuales. En el marco de la disputa entre la apropiacion del conocimiento colectiva por parte de corporaciones empresariales tecnologicas y el acceso libre y cooperativo de las personas y la administracion publica, llegue a la conclusion de que, si el movimiento de software libre y otras aplicaciones sobrevivieron a lo largo de todos estos anos, constituyen hoy una alternativa real frente a los grandes titanes de la alta tecnologia.
