Estado de bienestar pospandemico - superar la separacion de la economia y la sociedad

Abstract

En este articulo proponemos pensar la relacion entre economia y sociedad en tiempos de pandemia. Comenzamos con un diagnostico analitico critico de las causas y las razones del divorcio entre la economia y la sociedad, identificando sus origenes historicos y, al mismo tiempo, tratando de aclarar como funciona su logica en forma de neoliberalismo contemporaneo y que esta en ontradiccion con la democracia e incluso con sus propios valores liberales. Luego, reflexionamos sobre las consecuencias de la separacion entre economia y sociedad, cuya insostenibilidad generada sera analizada tanto a nivel macroestructural, ambiental, como a nivel meso y microsocial, territorial y subjetivo. Finalmente, pasamos a las notas proposicionales a favor de la reanudacion de la relacion entre economia y sociedad, donde proponemos reformulaciones conceptuales y analiticas capaces de abrir un horizonte de sociedad social posbienestar y tambien para formular, operativamente, un diseno de politicas publicas centradas en el desarrollo solidario de los territorios.
