E-wykluczenia osób starszych z aktywnego życia zawodowego

Abstract

Rozwój technologii informacyjno-komunikacyjnych (ICT) stał się oczywistą przyczyną odpowiednich kolejnych rewolucji: Przemysłu 3.0 i Przemysłu 4.0. Przemysł 4.0 wymusza pełną integrację człowieka z systemem informatycznym i technologiami informatycznymi. Znaczna część społeczeństwa, ze względu na szybki postęp technologiczny, może być wykluczona zarówno z życia zawodowego, jak i społecznego. W artykule został omówiony wpływ technologii informatycznych na funkcjonowanie przedsiębiorstw. W celu pokazania wpływu zmian technologicznych na człowieka zostały omówione zmiany zachodzące w zawodzie lekarza. Zostały pokazane wykluczenia osób starszych wykonujących ten zawód z aktywnego życia zawodowego spowodowanego zmianami technologicznymi.
