Potencjał rozwiązań ICT i jego wykorzystanie w służbie zdrowia

Abstract

Artykuł przedstawia zakres działań medycznych, na którego rozwój ma istotny wpływ zastosowanie narzędzi informatycznych (IT) i telekomunikacyjnych (ICT). Wskazano w nim na potencjał obu tych dziedzin nauki i techniki. Przegląd algorytmów i utworzonego na ich podstawie oprogramowania w głównej mierze jest oparty na badaniach realizowanych na Wydziale Elektrotechniki, Elektroniki, Informatyki i Automatyki Politechniki Łódzkiej, a w szczególności na badaniach realizowanych przez autora i zespół z nim współpracujący. W artykule zostały wskazane drogi, które mogą prowadzić do wdrożenia rozwiązań R&D, z jednoczesnym podkreśleniem czynników ten proces hamujących.
