Abstract

W artykule zaprezentowano podstawowe aspekty związane z funkcjonowaniem systemu analiz kosztowych i zarządczych w kontekście oczekiwań interesariuszy zewnętrznych. Zidentyfikowano główne problemy związane z przygotowaniem analiz dotyczących wyceny procedur medycznych w szpitalu oraz wskazano wykorzystanie narzędzi informatycznych w tym zakresie. Sformułowano rekomendacje służące doskonaleniu procesów związanych z wykonywaniem zadań sprawozdawczych szpitala.
