Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to show the applicability of accounting software package Księgowość Optivum from the Finanse Optivum module. Costs and benefits of the usage of modern technology at schools are analysed from the point of view of headmasters and employees. The paper presents the results of pilot research. The application of the method in the case study was designed to answer the question on the relevance of digitisation at schools, determine the benefits and costs of this process, and inspire a debate about the need to introduce new technology to modern schools.
