Abstract

Consumer behaviour is a very important aspect to be taken into account in enterprises’ activity on the market. Identifying and understanding the factors that influence clients helps to find the right offer for them, especially as far as tourist offers and services are concerned. The behaviour of tourists has changed over the recent years, due to the easy access to ICT. The aim of the article is to present the tourist behaviour concerning selected e-services, in particular in terms of online booking of hotels or holiday trips.
