Mikroekonometryczna analiza technologii gospodarstw mlecznych w Polsce - podejście bayesowskie

Abstract

Celem artykułu była analiza efektywności technicznej gospodarstw mlecznych w ujęciu bayesowskim. Omówiono specyfikację mikroekonomicznej funkcji produkcji na podstawie danych panelowych, pochodzących z polskiego FADN (ang. Farm Accountancy Data Network). Główne rezultaty badań uzyskano z wykorzystaniem bayesowskich stochastycznych modeli granicznych. Wyniki te wskazały na najwyższą elastyczność wielkości produkcji względem nakładów zwierząt gospodarskich, natomiast najniższą względem nakładów pracy. Ponadto stwierdzono rosnące korzyści skali w próbie. Średni poziom efektywności technicznej gospodarstw mlecznych w badanym okresie wyniósł 84%. Wśród analizowanych jakościowych determinant nieefektywności technicznej istotne statystycznie okazały się- specjalizacja, wielkość ekonomiczna gospodarstwa i subsydia do obszarów o niekorzystnych warunkach gospodarowania. Dwie pierwsze są czynnikami pozytywnie wpływającymi na efektywność techniczną, natomiast wspomniane dopłaty negatywnie oddziaływały na kształtowanie się poziomu efektywności technicznej.
