Relacje firm z bankami w Polsce. Wyniki empiryczne na podstawie danych panelowych

Abstract

Celem badania była identyfikacja czynników, które istotnie wpływają na relacje między bankami a firmami w Polsce, utożsamiane tutaj z bankowością relacyjną (bank-firm relationships). Wyniki analizy empirycznej wykazały, że polskie firmy chętnie budują relacje z jednym bankiem. Dodatkowo wyniki modelu ekonometrycznego pozwoliły sprawdzić szereg hipotez dotyczących determinant bankowości relacyjnej w Polsce pod względem cech firm, kredytujących je banków, a także otoczenia makroekonomicznego. W kontekście sektora finansowego zweryfikowano wpływ konkurencji w sektorze bankowym, konkurencji ze strony rynku kapitałowego oraz rozwoju sektora bankowego. Zbadano również wpływ cyklu koniunkturalnego na bankowość relacyjną w Polsce. W badaniu wykorzystano dane pochodzące ze sprawozdawczości bankowej oraz innych źródeł (GUS, Monitor Polski B).
