Nuevo Estilo De Relaciones En La Sociedad Del Conocimiento. La Gestión De Conflictos En Las Organizaciones De Ner Group En El País Vasco

Abstract

Este artículo presenta el nuevo estilo de relaciones (ner), modelo desarrollado e implementado en el País Vasco con el fin de gestionar adecuadamente las personas y su conocimiento y enfrentar los retos empresariales del siglo XXI, y estudia la gestión de conflictos en las organizaciones de ner Group. Los principales resultados del trabajo empírico desarrollado para analizar las características culturales del ner, la percepción de las mismas por parte de las personas que trabajan con él, muestran que la responsabilidad, el compromiso y la confianza son percibidos como elementos fundamentales para la gestión de conflictos en las organizaciones, y constituyen una de las señas de identidad del ner. This article presents the new style of relations (ner), a model developed in the Basque Country to suitably manage persons and their knowledge to face the management challenges for the 21st century, and studies conflict management at the organizations of ner Group.The main results of the empirical work developed for analyzing the ner’s cultural features, as they are perceived by the persons who work with it, show that responsibility, commitment and confidence are perceived as fundamental elements for conflict management at the organizations and it is one of the ner’s hallmarks.
