La Tramitación Ambiental De Nuevos Establecimientos En La Comunidad Autónoma Gallega Después De La Lei 9/2013 Do Emprendemento Y De La Ley 21/2013 De Evaluación Ambiental

Abstract

En el año 2013 se aprobaron la Ley 21/2013, de 9 de diciembre, de evaluación ambiental y la Lei 9/2013, do 19 de decembro, do emprendemento e da competitividade económica de Galicia, que suponen un cambio en la normativa para la implantación de nuevos establecimientos en esta Comunidad, en función del impacto ambiental que provocarán, a estos dos documentos normativos se le debe añadir la necesidad del cumplimiento de la Ley 16/2002, de 1 de julio, de prevención y control integrados de la contaminación para actividades que emiten elevadas cantidades de gases contaminantes. En el presente artículo realizamos un análisis de las tres leyes, así como una explicación de cómo resulta el procedimiento de autorización de nuevos establecimientos en la actualidad en la Comunidad Autónoma de Galicia en la actualidad.
