Factores Clave De Implantación/Certificación De La Norma Une 302001 De Turismo Industrial En Galicia

Abstract

En este artículo se analizan los principales factores clave o motivaciones que han impulsado a las entidades gallegas, concretamente Bodegas de Vino, a implantar/certificar la Norma UNE 302001 de Turismo Industrial. En un primer punto, se contextualiza el trabajo hablando sobre la importancia de la calidad en la actualidad, para posteriormente recoger un apartado con una breve referencia a la Marca Q de Calidad Turística y centrarse en las razones o motivos que llevan a las organizaciones a implantar/certificar un Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad, especialmente el de la Norma ISO 9001. Una vez descrita la metodología de la investigación realizada, se exponen los resultados obtenidos del análisis descriptivo de los factores/motivaciones y, finalmente, se enumeran las conclusiones y las futuras líneas de investigación. Este trabajo forma parte de una investigación más amplia a nivel nacional con el objetivo de desarrollar un marco de referencia en este subsector del Turismo Industrial.
