Академическое Руководство Через Призму Менеджериализма: Связь Между Развитием Вуза И Научной Специальностью Ректора

E-mail: amironenko@eu.sbp.ruИсследуется связь между профессиональным бэкграундом ректоров и динамикой развития вузов, которые они возглавляют. Базовой гипотезой является сравнительно более успешное развитие тех вузов, ректоры которых обладают управленческим опытом. Авторы проверяют эту гипотезу, построив классификацию научного пути ректоров российских вузов на основании его близости к профессиональному управленческому. Успешность развития вузов оценивалась по динамике показателей результативности образовательной, научной и финансовой деятельности. Предварительно были сформированы референтные группы (кластеры) вузов, с тем чтобы сравнение динамики осуществлялось между вузами со схожим профилем результативности. Эмпирической базой исследования служат данные результативности российских вузов (государственных и негосударственных) за 2013 и 2016 гг., предоставленные ими для Мониторинга эффективности вузов. Биографические данные о ректорах собраны из открытых источников. Помимо основного анализа в статье представлены демографические характеристики корпуса ректоров отечественных вузов.
