Заработная Плата Учителей: Ожидания И Достигнутые Результаты

Вернадского, 84.В статье рассматриваются изменения в системе общего (школьного) образования, вызванные повышением средней заработной платы учителей. Анализ проводится на основе официальной статистики Росстата и результатов Мониторинга эффективности школы, который осуществляет Центр экономики непрерывного образования РАНХиГС. Показано, что родители не связывали и не связывают рост учительских зарплат с повышением качества преподавания в школе. Они считают, что школа в целом вполне успешно выполняет свои функции. Среди учителей при этом нарастает недовольство размером заработной платы, большинство из них не почувствовали ее увеличения. Вместе с тем только 6,6% учителей собираются уйти из профессии, перейти работать в другую сферу экономики.
