Abstract

E-mail: giovanni.abramo@uniroma2.it В данной работе критически анализируются наиболее популярные библиометрические показатели и методики, применяемые для оценки результативности научно-исследовательской работы отдельных ученых и научных учреждений в целом. Цель такого анализа - показать риски, с которыми связано использование ненаучных интуитивных способов оценивания научной продуктивности и удобных стандартных ответов на непростой вопрос: как оценить научную деятельность? Предлагается методика библиометрической оценки результативности научно-исследовательской работы, которая представляется автору пригодной для ранжирования как отдельных ученых, так и учреждений, объединяющих исследователей, которые работают в разных предметных областях.
