Вернадского, 82. E-mail: tlk@ranepa.ruАвтор не считает продуктивным противопоставление двух систем оплаты труда учителей-оплаты по ставке и окладной системы,-которое проводит Г. Штайнер-Хамси. Более значимыми в комментируемой статье представляются анализ реформы оплаты труда учителей в Кыргызстане, а также разбор кейса с переполнением школ. Работа Г. Штайнер-Хамси интересна и в совершенно неожиданном плане: она дает представление о том, как исследователи анализируют процессы в системах образования, которые разворачиваются в других странах.
