Abstract

16 июня 2015 г. в НИУ ВШЭ состоялась открытая дискуссия, посвященная онлайн-обучению. В поле зрения дискуссантов были три основных тематических блока: влияние онлайн-обучения на структуру образования; связанные с ним изменения стоимости обучения и финансовых потоков; перспективные направления исследования онлайн-обучения. На обсуждение были представлены следующие вопросы. Насколько эффективно онлайн-обучение? Какие выгоды получают от онлайн-обучения его субъекты (организация, преподаватели, студенты)? Какие риски возможны для субъектов онлайн-обучения (для организации, для студентов-слушателей)? Кто предъявляет спрос на онлайн-образование? Как меняются структура глобальной и национальной систем образования и организация университетов с распространением онлайн-обучения? Возможна ли замена традиционных курсов на онлайн-курсы и если да, как это отразится на преподавателях? Может ли феномен МООС обусловить деление образования на массовое онлайн и элитное (дорогое) очное? Как меняют МООС рынок образовательных услуг? Ведет ли распространение МООС к усилению международной конкуренции между вузами? Как изменится стоимость высшего образования?DOI: 10.17323/1814-9545-2015-3-8-43
