Abstract

Представлен обзор работ, предлагающих разные объяснения существования специфической системы найма в университетах - так называемого теньюра, - которая предполагает наличие длительного испытательного срока и возможность получения гарантий постоянного рабочего места. Рассматриваются как модели, принимающие во внимание специфику информационного множества (т. е. различное распределение информации между участниками взаимодействия), так и модели, учитывающие ограниченность числа вакансий и конкуренцию за них между профессорами.DOI: 10.17323/1814-9545-2011-1-44-72
