Особенности Защитного Реагирования Студентов В Стрессовых Ситуациях

Abstract

Эмпирическое исследование посвящено изучению дезадаптивных состояний студентов (60 человек) в момент травматического стресса и роли защитных механизмов в преодолении психической травмы. В работе использовались анкета "Травматические события и эмоциональные состояния в момент стресса", опросник травматического стресса и тест-опросник механизмов защиты Life Style Index. Полученные данные свидетельствуют о разной степени успешности защитных механизмов в решении внутренних и внешних конфликтов и об их деструктивном влиянии на здоровье человека. Выявлено участие защитных механизмов в формировании и развитии постстрессовых расстройств.
