Индикаторы В Управлении Образованием: Что Показывают И Куда Ведут?

Abstract

Индикаторы и показатели играют все более важную роль не только в качестве инструмента анализа образовательных систем, но и как эффективное средство управления образованием на всех уровнях. В статье рассматриваются действующие системы индикаторов образования, анализируются проблемы и риски, связанные с их использованием, наиболее часто встречающиеся ошибки. Показано, как анализ индикаторов позволяет составить представление о приоритетах органов управления, устанавливающих системы показателей для подведомственных систем, и о мировоззрении грантодателей, разрабатывающих критерии отбора получателей средств.
