Рейтинг Регионов В Системе Мониторинга Развития Высшего Профессионального Образования Субъекта Российской Федерации

Abstract

В статье исследуется проблема оценки развития высшего профессионального образования на региональном уровне с помощью построения рейтингов субъектов Российской Федерации. Основываясь на опубликованных результатах исследований в области рейтингования субъектов по показателям развития образования, автор на примере Ярославской области выявляет позиции отдельного региона по одиннадцати индикаторам, характеризующим высшее профессиональное образование, и исследует причины их изменений за два года. В статье раскрыта практическая значимость таких исследований для формирования целевых программ развития региона. Автор вносит предложения, как при построении рейтингов усовершенствовать информационную базу формирования исходных показателей и обеспечить сопоставимость статистических данных. В рамках дискуссии определяются возможности расширения набора индикаторов и изменения тематики рейтингов.
