Ресурсная Зависимость И Институты: Детерминанты Вузовского Поведения В Трех Организационных Популяциях

Abstract

Каким образом взаимосвязаны внешнее поведение высшего учебного заведения и его внутренняя организация - вопрос, который предлагается к обсуждению в данной работе. Его актуальность обусловлена фактом продолжающейся диверсификации финансирования в российских вузах и необходимостью изучения ее последствий как для принципов организации жизнедеятельности, так и для формирования идентичности учебных заведений. Для ответа на поставленный вопрос автор воспользовался теоретическими положениями двух подходов: теории ресурсной зависимости (resource-dependence approach) и нового институционального подхода к анализу организационного поведения (new institutionalism). Данные подходы исходят из предположения о значимой роли институционального окружения при объяснении изменений в организациях. На примере эмпирического кейса, в котором сравниваются государственные технические, педагогические вузы и вузы экономики и права, были выявлены различия между этими популяциями вузов по таким характеристикам, как степень информационной открытости для потребителя, инвестиционная политика в отношении преподавателей и структура принятия решений.
