Вступление В Педагогию (Первые Две Лекции)

Abstract

Отличительная черта человеческой деятельности в истекшей половине нынешнего столетия и в последней четверти XVIII заключается в образовании многих, совершенно новых Наук и в разветвлении тех, которые уже существовали. Человек простирает мысль свою на все предметы видимого и невидимого мира и желает подвергнуть все своему знанию. К числу Наук, которые образовались в последней четверти прошедшего столетия, принадлежит Наука о воспитании, или Педагогия. И как же было человеку, стремящемуся к самопознанию, не обратить строгого внимания на такой важный предмет, как его собственное воспитание? Педагогия, в настоящем смысле, есть часть Науки самопознания человеческого.
