Образовательные Стратегии Студентов Российских Вузов На Этапе Выхода На Рынок Труда: Опыт Эмпирического Исследования

Abstract

Настоящее исследование посвящено проблеме профессионального самоопределения студентов старших курсов на пороге карьеры. Исследование представляет собой вариант изучения структуры представлений студентов о целях получения высшего образования и требований к будущей работе. Проверяемая в ходе исследования гипотеза о связи этих структур позволяет выделить группы студентов, ориентирующихся на различные "наборы" представлений, составляющих образовательные стратегии, а также соотнести полученные типы стратегий с ресурсной обеспеченностью учащегося и его действиями в ходе обучения. Исследование представляет собой новый взгляд на проблему адаптации учащихся на пороге профессиональной карьеры.
