Abstract

Новые цели, которые становятся актуальными в процессе модернизации образования, требуют обновления форм и содержания педагогического образования. Одним из инструментов профессиональной подготовки педагога, позволяющим ему эффективно планировать и оценивать процесс и результаты своего обучения, является учительский портфолио студента-педагога, широко распространенный в зарубежном высшем образовании. Портфолио является показателем готовности будущего учителя к самостоятельной профессиональной деятельности.В статье рассматривается учительский портфолио студентки-выпускницы колледжа Каламазу (штат Мичиган, США), описывается общая структура, приводятся фрагменты из основных разделов, даются комментарии, позволяющие сделать вывод о том, каким образом работа студента с портфолио меняет характер его учебной деятельности и делает более эффективной профессиональную подготовку. Авторы делают вывод о целесообразности использования студенческого учительского портфолио в отечественной практике, о возможности его гибкой адаптации к особенностям системы отечественного педагогического образования.
