Устойчивое Финансирование Высшего Образования

Abstract

Проблемы финансирования высшего образования находятся в центре образовательной политики во всех странах, в международных организациях. Ведущие эксперты сегодня обсуждают основные тенденции и варианты решений этих проблем. Развитые и развивающиеся страны учатся друг у друга в поисках универсальных решений. Поэтому для читателей нашего журнала, возможно, будут интересны выводы и рекомендации авторитетной конференции "Устойчивое финансирование высшего образования", которая проходила в Варшаве 23-24 июня 2005 г. В конференции приняли участие около 60 представителей из 12 стран Европы и Центральной Азии1 и сотрудники Всемирного Банка. Среди участников конференции - министры образования ряда стран и ведущие эксперты. Вниманию участников совещания были представлены конкретные исследования по вопросам финансирования высшего образования в Словакии, Латвии, Литве, Словении и Венгрии, а также сравнительный отчет по восьми новым членам ЕС, подготовленный Всемирным Банком.
