Отношение Студентов Экспериментальных Вузов К Гифо

Abstract

Анализируются результаты социологических опросов студентов вузов - участников эксперимента по финансированию учреждений высшего профессионального образования с использованием ГИФО, проведенных в 2003 и 2004 годах. Результаты исследования показывают в целом позитивное отношение студентов к ГИФО. Отмечается положительная динамика отношения к ГИФО по ходу эксперимента. Образовательная мобильность молодежи при введении системы ЕГЭ-ГИФО детерминируется, прежде всего, индивидуальными способностями студентов и не зависит от их социального положения, уровня доходов семьи и места проживания до поступления в вуз. ГИФО повышает доступность высшего образования именно для абитуриентов из сельской местности.
