Конкуренция Образовательных Программ В Условиях Эксперимента По Гифо (Опыт Марийского Государственного Технического Университета

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются вопросы конкуренции образовательных программ высшего профессионального образования в условиях эксперимента по финансированию вузов с использованием государственных именных финансовых обязательств (ГИФО). Анализируются изменения структуры и численности приема на очную форму обучения Марийского государственного технического университета, происшедшие в течение 2001-2004 годов в условиях эксперимента по ГИФО.
