Abstract

Обзор "Взгляд на образование: Показатели ОЭСР" представляет собой наиболее полный сравнительный межстрановый количественный и качественный анализ развития образовательных систем в странах ОЭСР. Проводимый на основе единых индикаторов и единой методики ОЭСР, этот анализ позволяет оценить эффективность, качество, доступность образования в конкретной стране по сравнению с другими странами ОЭСР и при необходимости внести коррективы в проводимую на национальном уровне образовательную политику, привлечь дополнительные ресурсы для того, чтобы сделать ее в большей степени отвечающей социально-экономическим потребностям общества. Обзор выпускается ежегодно под эгидой Директората ОЭСР по образованию при участии Центра по образовательной статистике и индикаторам развития образования (INES) и Секретариата ОЭСР на основе официальных данных, предоставляемых правительствами стран-членов и стран-партнеров ОЭСР, участвующих в проведении этого межстранового анализа.
