Abstract

В работе представлен обзор исследований по анализу детерминант оплаты труда академических работников в сфере высшего экономического образования. Особое внимание уделяется мировой практике оценки исследовательской деятельности по количеству публикаций. Формулируются условия, в которых такая схема может работать эффективно. Описываются перспективы применения подобного метода в российских вузах.
