Abstract

Cамая большая беда для страны наступит тогда, когда можно будет назвать какого-то конкретного человека, который отвечает за все российское образование: несет ответственность или все общество, или, в конце концов, никто. Другое дело, что есть некие назначенные государством чиновники, которые обязаны эти интересы общества аккумулировать, представлять на обсуждение и предлагать в первую очередь руководству министерства, а через руководство министерства — руководству страны, регионам, муниципалитетам для принятия каких-то решений.
