Abstract

Книга профессора Франка-Рюдигера Яха "Школьное законодательство и гражданское общество в Европе" (Schulferfassung und Burgergesellschaft in Europa) представляет собой монументальное системное исследование школьного права стран Западной и Восточной Европы под углом зрения общественной самоответственно-сти в школьной системе и является плодом "многолетней исследовательской работы автора". Исследование проводилось сначала в рамках Центра по изучению европейской политики в области права при Университете Бремена, а затем в рамках Института исследования образования и образовательного права в Ганновере.
