Роль Имиджа Российских Органов Государственной Власти Как Работодателя В Привлечении Молодых Специалистов

Abstract

Важнейшей задачей российских органов государственной власти как работодателей является привлечение молодых квалифицированных специалистов. Целью исследования былоопределение взаимосвязи атрибутов имиджа российских органов государственной власти как работодателей и их привлекательности для молодых специалистов. На основе литературного обзора выдвинуты гипотезы о положительной взаимосвязи между восприятием инструментальных, символических атрибутов имиджа работодателя органов государственной власти и егопривлекательностью. Для достижения цели и проверки гипотез была использована модель инструментально-символических атрибутов имиджа работодателя, ранее успешно применявшаяся в зарубежных исследованиях коммерческих организаций. Модель была адаптирована под контекст государственной службы, и был разработан оригинальный опросник для анкетирования среди молодых специалистов. Результаты опроса 83 респондентов выявили значимость инструментальных атрибутов имиджа работодателя российских органов государственной власти (включая стабильные гарантии занятости, безопасное рабочее место и хороший социальный пакет) в восприятии их привлекательности молодыми специалистами. На основе результатов исследования сформулированы релевантные рекомендации длясовершенствования имиджевой политики на рынке труда органами государственной власти.
