Abstract

В статье рассматриваются вопросы реформирования бюджетного сектора: увеличение числа типов государственных и муниципальных учреждений и соответствующее изменение механизмов их бюджетного финансирования. Авторы выделяют основные этапы реформы, анализируют особенности каждого из них; рассматривают современное состояние реформы, проблемы и риски, возникшие на пути ее реализации, а также определяют подходы к преодолению выявленных проблем и возможные направления развития реформы.
