Abstract

Статья посвящена исследованию принципов муниципального правотворчества в информационной сфере. Автор предлагает классификацию данных принципов на правовые и организационные, раскрывает их содержание на основе норм действующего законодательства и практики муниципального правотворчества в информационной сфере, формулирует вывод о значении данных принципов в построении интегрированного информационного пространства государственного и муниципального управления.
