Abstract

На мой взгляд, не говоря уж о развитых странах, для того, чтобы догнать и перегнать в своем развитии, что касается уровня жизни, значит и в вопросах ВВП на душу населения, хотя бы такие страны, как Турция и Казахстан, наша страна должна привлечь крупные кредиты. Крупные кредиты международных финансовых учреждений, таких как МВФ и Всемирный банк. Размер таких кредитов и возможных государственных займов, на мой взгляд, должен составлять не менее 100.000.000.000 (ста млрд.) долларов США. Поэтому в вопросах привлечения такого кредита, иностранного капитала или государственных займов, можно и нужно обратиться, к таким великим странам, как Китай и Япония, являющимся самыми крупными держателями госдолгов США, достигающих астрономических для нас размеров. Так, что теперь можно сказать, что в вопросах государственных заимствований пришло время показать себя нашим дипломатам. Они должны играть теперь главную роль в этом вопросе…
