Abstract

За 2016-2018 годы, т.е. за три года Узбекистан экспортировал 220 тонн золота. В связи с вступлением в силу «Базеля III» – документа Базельского комитета по банковскому надзору Банка международных расчётов (Швейцария), содержащий методические рекомендации в области банковского регулирования, утверждённый в 2010–2011 годы, с 29 марта 2019 года, возникает вопрос: Можно ли считать правильным экспорт немалой части золотого запаса Узбекистана? Поэтому статья содержит ответ на этот вопрос.
