Внедрение Страхового Репозитория Как Альтернатива Классическому Интернет-Страхованию: Правовые Аспекты

Abstract

В данной статье рассматривается законодательное регулирование страховых репозиториев. Изучаются основные условия и требования к созданию и функционированию нового институту страхового рынка. Приведены основные требования к руководящим лицам страхового репозитрория и принципы идентификации клиентов. Статья раскрывает механизм взаимодействия страховщиков и страхователей на рынке бездокументарного оборота страховых полисов за счет создания нового института, на который положены основные функции по выпуску и контролю за оборотом електронной страховой защиты.
