Abstract

В статье определены основные тенденции развития обязательного страхования гражданско-правовой ответственности в Украине и зарубежных странах. Были выделены основные проблемы рынка и права. Выделении основные тенденции и векторы развития страхования гражданско-правовой ответственности автотранспортных средств. Рассмотреть возможные перспективы развития и проведена сравнительная характеристика страхования гражданско-правовой ответственности владельцев автотранс- портных средств в Украине и за ее пределами. Рассмотрено влияние государственного надзора с точки зрения права и надзора за страховыми компаниями в виде гражданско-правового страхования. Охарактеризована проблематика страхования гражданско-правовой ответственности в наши дни.
